Hello! I am customer in South Korea. Last
Sunday, I bought below zaspero watch for my son who entered university. That
night my son told me the watch is not moving, but few minutes later, he found
the second hand is blocked by the minute hand, after touch the glass it start
to move. Wow! It is surprised too much!!! How can you sell such a poor product!
My son live in Seoul city, so every weekend he can come back to home. The shop I
bought is far away from my home. It take a lot of time deliver it to the shop. Definitely
they send it AS center, after repairing it I should go to the shop again. How
could you compensate my precious time? How do think about using the watch which
is not working purchasing day? I really want to refund or change new one. What’s
your opinion about that? I already have the issued video in my hand. If you
want to see, I can deliver to you. I do not want to make a big issue through Yutube.
I know it is difficult to make a good image of brand, but it is easy to make a
bad one. I only want to give a good product for my son.
